The holidays are fast approaching. The year has gone by fast! This Thursday, December 22, is our last class day in 2016. Until January 9th at 3:30, both students, parents and staff will get a much needed break.
Even if they are not coming to see us, students will be working away during the holidays. Those few minutes a day will make a huge difference in their knowledge and skills over time, not to mention Kumon Dollars. However, these students will still have ample time to rest and sleep in, have fun and leisurely conversations with friends and family, and enjoy a multitude of fancy meals and desserts and may be go on a trip. When school restarts, both students and their parents will have recharged their batteries. Do not forget to book your progress appointment for the new year. The earlier you book, the more choice of appointments you have. Lets make plans and set goals for the coming few months.
For us, rest is on the list, of course. But we are also always looking for ways to improve our operations and close the loopholes. Do not be surprised if you encounter a couple of changes when we come back. Embracing and adapting to change is an essential part of today’s world. Great training for the students, tomorrow’s adults, in a comfortable environment with people they trust.
Happy holidays one and all and a wonderful new year! Party hard and then work hard.
